One of the harder choices I've had to make on these photo contests, kudos to all 4 participants.

In photo #2,I'm left with the question,"Whose money is that?". Is it from a jumper? Was someone targeting sidewalk pedestrians? Is someone saying "When your this high in society everything is small change."?

I'm not sure but Coit Tower I guess has some kind of coin wishing in San Fran. When I was up there all I saw was a great view . Even if I wanted to touch the change I couldn't. They have these plastics screens over the windows.
