    might be cheating since he's a genetic black back enchi, but no spots and a killer semi reduced pattern make him one of my favs...

    To me an enchi is as much about color as it is pattern. Good enchi's will have one or the other but great enchi's will have both, the classic reduced banded pattern and that awesome golden/rusty/caramel color that will only get better with age.. but that's just what I like in an enchi.

    I was told that one of the enchi's (I cannot remember if he said male or female) was not capable of being bred. He made a reference to how a mule cannot reproduce. Is this true?? I haven't found anything confirming this...
