    I don't plan on it. It is just going to go in the garbage! Can't wait to see what other odd thing my ball or boa do next haha..

    Glad he came out. Yup, get rid of that thing. Bps don't much need or want to climb. How are your hides? He may just be looking for a more secure hide.

    id just leave her be she should be able to get out of that i had the same problem in the past but it does become a problem once she comes out id remove it

    Don't throw the log out. Just get some of the expanding foam that various dart frog keepers use to build their enclosures (Great Stuff is what it's called. Nicknamed GS. Found at almost ALL hardware supply stores). Once it's hardened and cured, it's neutral and non-toxic. Just spray and fill the inside of the log. Trim off any excess that exands out of either end and viola. Your snake can't get into it anymore because the entrances are blocked off, and you can keep the log. Win-win.

    Friend of mine had this happen with her BP. Only, he DID get stuck. Lost scales and cut himself trying to get in/out of the too-small space.
