Since we have a house now with room we are going to have our very first Halloween party this year. It's been 3 years at least since I've had the chance to dress up as something fun. I am most likely going to be Kenshin Himura this year. So I was wondering who else would be dressing up this year and what you'd be.

I've done Kenshin before a long time (and about 50 lbs) ago. Here is what I looked like then.



I am probably going to have to order a new hakama. I don't think I will fit into that one anymore. I also plan on getting an actual Sakabato instead of just borrowing a friends' katana. And I am going to order some tabi socks and zori so my footwear is more authentic. I just wore sandals last time.

I'm going as a brother of the Night's Watch from 'A Song of Ice and Fire', because it's a very simple costume that can be thrown together from things I have and about $10 of new stuff. I just hope that it's cool enough on Halloween night to wear it- it's not unheard of for it to be around 70 on an October night in Alabama.

Im doubt I will finish making it by halloween but it will be used for many cosplays before next halloween!

I am going to make a Heavy costume from the game Team Fortress 2!

The biggest part of the project will be making his mini gun.

The brass beast, which IMO is the better gun in game lol since it does more damage at a cost of slower barrel spin up and move speed decrease. Also its awesome looking lol.



I actually found a website (the same one the above pic is from) that has a exact usable 3d model of the gun so I can get every detail perfect!

I also will be making his secondary weapon.

Which with either be his shot gun or frying pan or bear claws.

and Ill also be making his power up slot thingy

called Sandvich. Its a sandwich that makes him stonger lol.

So yah thats my up and coming project!
