    Don't worry mate the eye is one of the fastest healing organs next to skin and the tongue (I know that's a muscle). Just clean it like you would with some road rash but be mindful of the eye and everything should be clears up by next month.

    Yes, Ball Pythons do NOT have venom. The worst thing that can come from a bite from them is an infection. The adrenaline rush (even if you don't perceive it as a scary or exciting thing, any surprise makes your body generate adrenaline to prepare you for the "fight or flight" choice naturally) would probably be what gave you the light-headedness afterwards.
