Hatching more males than females!?!

Is this a common thing to have happen? It seems like every year most of my hatchlings are male. I incubate at 88-89 degrees every year and this year I moved my incubator to a new spot and had temps between 87-90. So far it's looking like mostly males again this year.

Would a lower temp give me a better chance at hatching more females? I know that is common for lizards, not sure about pythons.

ball pythons are not temperature sex dependent. so lowering the temperatures wont do anything. it's just the luck of the draw!

I lowered my incubator temps this year just a little. had more females last year than this year. on average 3 to 4 days longer to pip. luck of the draw.
