The water really helped my snakes pick up that there was food there. Kind of like how a wet dog smells more strong. The same probably goes for prey too. Wet mousey/rat, better strikes at my place
if i wait for my bp to wander for food, i would be waiting months >.< He doesn't wander at all. He used to only eat one mouse every week...the last two feedings though, we've got him on 2 large mice, which is about the size of a smalll rat. It really shows on his weight though...he's 3 and is only about 750g =/
