Give him some time, maybe skip a papertowel cleaning or two and try feeding him. In all actuality just relax... Become less concerned. Which I know is very hard to do at the moment. He sounds a little stressed and he's a baby. But they do know what's best for them.

Ok thanks, yeah I'm over thinking it:-) ill relax and just give him some space. I had been told I could put him in substrate so I did should I switch him back to papertowels before feeding him?
