Cris, he specifically mentioned that a larger snake has more more potential to cause damage than a smaller one, however the generalization of a behavior of any species or group is unfair to the individuals.

Aside from the fun game, I would say that if you need to step away from the hobby, or a particular species, then by all means do so. The only thing is to remain responsible at all times in this hobby from beginning to end.

What morphs for corns do you like the most?
I agree with some of MMReptiles points too, just not the attacks on ball keepers, singling out people (Mike), and attacking me personally. He stated that bp keepers are not reptile keepers but "rock fans". He tried to bust Mike's chops over liking boas after stating he only wanted to keep bps at this time. He stated that I shouldn't keep animals because of my feelings towards larger snakes. And even tried to call me a bad father in a round about way, by stating and I'll quote; "You're putting your ignorance over the kid's safety, and you are not putting your kid first". None of these statements he made had anything to do with the OP. So quite honestly I feel he brought on a lot of the replies from others on himself. I never reported trolling which is what it was. And I tried to be as civil as possible yet he continued.

I'm not stating that all animals of any particular species are the same. I'm sorry it ever read that way. I'm just trying to err on the side of caution. Now I'll ask, is that wrong? Is that bad parenting? That's all I meant about working with bloods.

Virus I don't mean any of this personal towards you. I just used a reply to your post because it was an opening to explain myself without feeling the need to also be defensive.

As far as corns go, morphs I want to work with...

    Amel
    Stripe
    Lavender
    Diffused
    Dilute
    Sunkissed

The first 2 projects I work on is opals and orchids. Then I want to add stripe and dilute to both. Of course this is over several years because I don't want a huge collection of corns. Or any particular species for that matter.
