With an enclosed rack you could use radiant heat panels or an area heater. I am going to make a cloth "wrap" for my enclosed RBI rack out of blanket material with a zipper for the front so I can still open the tubs (probably not necessary but I would like it in the event of a cold room during winter). I actually live in North Cali too. I am not too familiar with breeders in the area. I've had my three girls shipped to me from the East Coast. However I know Brian Gundy is in your area ans East Bay Vivarium. I have no experience with the vivarium but have had good things about Brian. Sacramento isn't that far from you either...wouldn't be more than a 90 minute drive each way. Very doable for a day trip and no need to rent a hotel room. I will also be attending that reptile show!
