If you're thinking of bringing your snake with you to the show. I would strongly suggest you don't. You risk introducing mites and other problems which can be transferred to your snake which can be present at shows(I speak from personal experience). Not to mention all reptile shows that I've ever been to have said no personal animals!

On to the trading part of this. Most sellers don't prepare to do trades at shows and have animals they are looking to sell, unless you have made prior arrangements to do a trade at the show. I wouldn't just bring your snake to the expo looking for a trade for reasons I have stated above.

My suggestion is if you insist on trading at a show, try to contact breeders in advance and see what they can work out with you. Otherwise you might just be disappointed and bringing unnecessary stress to your animal.
