Re: PayPal safe?
Theres a saying "No deal, is always better than a bad deal." It sounds like you aren't comfortable so why not pass this time. Other opportunities will present themselves later and you can be better prepared for any contingencies.

Yeah, I know but I was kind of hoping to breed the spider female this year if I can get her weight up some. She is currently 1250g. If I'm not mistaken, most spider females at that weight usually go for more.

hello everyone, i have been lurking here for a while and maybe I should post more often but heres my .02 If you are having second thoughts dont second guess yourself. I have been using paypal for years and aside from that I cant stand that they are 100% anti gun I have never had any issues with them making a bad deal right (happened twice) but if they wont cover a live animal you may want to check with your bank card or credit card co to make sure that they would cover a bad deal on a live animal if needed and then use the credit card through paypal. good luck.

Ok, paypal question. How long does it take the money to get posted to your account? Does it take forever to deposit money all the time, or just the first time? It has come out of my bank account, but yet to appear in my paypal account???

I just have paypal linked to mu debit card so its linked directly to my checking acct. Theres no tranferring needed bc it just gets taken directly out of there. I have recieved money though and it goes into my paypal acct and it takes like 1-2 days to transfer into my bank acct.

Re: PayPal safe?
PayPal is a safe method of payment...seems to be sellers that have more problems with shady buyers, since paypal offers very little protection to sellers.

I just signed up, and linked it to my checking, and added my debit card. This was Monday, and it still shows it as processing? Hope I didn't do something wrong......

Um... I cant remember how long it took tbh. Maybe try calling paypal and just see if somethings not matching up correctly or something...?

PayPal is safe and becoming even safer.
I think what you mean by 'safe' is how protected you are if there are seller/buyer related failings.
I pay for snakes on PayPal using a credit card. If PayPal wants to sack out on refunding my money if something goes wrong, I will call my credit card company. The credit card company talking to PayPal is much more likely to get your money refunded than talking to PayPal yourself.
