My normal used to be head shy, but when he was little I just touched his head a lot until he got used to it and no longer cared. When I was holding him, once he was relaxed, I would slowly touch/pet closer and closer to his head and then finally just pet his head. He'd jerk away at first, but now he doesn't really care. I'm working on my little mojo now...he's getting better.
