Baby Woes
So, I've loved breeding. I've loved the egg laying. I've loved the egg hatching!
But man, I don't like babies not eating. More and more eat each week which is nice but I just don't like the ones that are taking their sweet time. I really dread the thought of having to assist or force feed. It is especially annoying with the ones on reserve for people. I don't want to sent a baby out that's not eaten yet.
Anyways, just me venting. Carry on.

I hope your little worms turn into the best feeders you ever had!

I was worried when I hatched out a 30g black pastel. So small I haven't even sexed it. Thought for sure I was going to have to force feed her. Happy to say to date she has eaten three times unassisted. Still only weighing in at 35g but eating on her own is a start!
Please excuse any errors sent from my crap phone.

Re: Baby Woes
I had this same problem with feeding last year but the funny thing is it was just the albinos. Everyone else ate fine in the same exact setup. It was weird.
Luckily, no problems so far this year. Knock on wood.
Keep trying they will catch on.
