thanks, he doesn't look like a mojo to me but its easy to mistake them and thus easier to rip people off. he says he doesnt need him this season and so was selling him for 600 but i talked him down to 450 cash. does he look mystic or mojo to you don?

The main belly difference is that mystics have an almost normal looking belly pattern and mojaves have ultra faded to none.
Looking at the belly on that one I'd say mystic every time.

unless you see the parents the only way is to breed him mistics are expensive it looks mistic but your better off probably saving up to buy one from a breeder then you can be sure that thats what it is

here are pics of my female mojave and male phantom. I just had a clutch from these 2 pip. I had 3 purple passions out of 8 eggs. the pics are in the breeding section under purple passions. as you can tell from my pics, looking at these 2 snakes, you can see why they can be mistaken. when I goy my phantom, I was told that a phantom looks like a poor mans mojave, much darker. mine did. same went for the mystic. but I have seen very blushed out phantoms/mystics since then. if you don't get one from a rep. breeder, you"ll taking a chance. i understand you want opinions.and thats why I said be careful, you can get some bad advice on this one. now that I'm hatching phantom stuff out, I'll be looking into ways on telling them apart for sure. good luck, hope you make a good choice on this, don
