Personally I disagree with the statement that they eat and live just fine. When I first got my boy brood when he was 8 months old I never saw a problem, he never shook or twirled and his strikes were always dead on. He just turned 2 in june, his twirling started little after his 1st birthday and now eating is very hard on him. He shakes so much its almost a vibration and even if the rat it touching his face he still misses. He went 4 weeks without food and not for lack of trying he would just get so put off with not being able to get the rat he would just give up.

I'm not against spiders, and I realize some people will never believe there is a problem but I still think its wrong to tell everyone that they are all fine, and Brood is proof even young ones that start out without a visible problem can end up with one. There are lots of spider morphs I would love to own but I never will.
