I saw an ad on CL a while back for an 8ft ball python. Me thinks people get their pythons confused. When I told my aunt about me getting a BP soon she asked "and what are you going to do when it gets 20 feet and eats your children?!"

I have to clarify with people all the time when I mention we have a new BP, otherwise their next question is typically: "Aren't you concerned it will eat your baby?"
