Customer Service
Wats up everybody I had a poor customer service experience so I have a ? how important is customer service when buy animals? Im a supervisor in a call center and so it high... This is the scenario.. I asked for 2 picture with less flash because the flashed altered the colors of the animals guy told me he didnt have time and the pics on the ad were good enough...LOL crazy to me its take 15 sec to take a pic LOL

While taking pics can take a little bit of time, of requested they should be given. Or proper pics showing true color should be taken before being posted for sale. I do know, when selling, you tend to get a lot of Looky Loos and people that want more pics that aren't really ready to buy. While this is annoying, you still need to have good customer service and provide the pics...

Random. But I work in a call center too. Lol. Costumer service is #1 so taking a few pictures is pretty simple.

If he doesn't want to take a couple minutes to snap a few more pictures for you, then I guess he doesn't really want your money.

Pics or no sale...
When I advertise a snake I take multiple pictures and make a folder and pick a couple I like and go with them.
If someone wants more I have more readily available or I take more, customer service is #1

Question is, how important is customer service to you?
Like most humans, I prefer to work with people who are helpful and have a good attitude.

Customer service to me is treating people the way I would want to be treated and I expect the same when I am the customer, does it always happen? No but the good news is that there are tons of breeders out there that will be more than happy to work with you no matter how much you spend.

Customer service is top priority to me,buying or selling. At times I have went way out of my way for a customers and never have an issue in doing so no matter what they are spending and I always do follow ups after the purchase. I love what I do, ball pythons have been my passion and my obsession for years and I want to reflect that and my business ethic to each and every customer. I believe that is how it should be.
