    RI paranoia versus wonky Bee

So Ozzy the Bee got over his RI and has been eating well.

Last night he seized his mouse, murdered it good and proper and then started to eat it.

About half way down, he spat it out.

Then he picked it up and ate it again.

[which is not odd for him but I just switched from newspaper to aspen after finding the really good lab-grade/sterilized stuff at an expo]

When I came back to his house, he was going all "Joe Cocker" and had his head backwards over the top of his hide.
[he is very wobbly and weird, just in general]

He had aspen bits in his mouth from the slobbery spat-out mouse.

I watched and worried over him for about 10 minutes, trying to decide how to help him spit out the aspen bits and he had two huge "yawn bubbles" pop in his mouth during his desperate contortions to free himself of the aspen.

Finally I took him out and picked the shred he'd freed himself of off of the side of his lip and it was really slobbery.

His mouth was still full of saliva and I could express more by gently pressing on his head.

Is he getting another RI or is all of that because of his war with the wood shreds?

[yes, I'm totally neurotic about RIs now....sorry]
