Menu is spaghetti, tacos, hamburgers, fried chicken, shepard's pie, pinto beans, pork chops, chimichangas, chicken and rice, beef a roni.
That's tues-fri, then mon-fri, and mon. Still not sure about the weekends though cause me and my girlfriend both work 12 hours days and my parents keep my son. Lunch is going to be mainly sandwiches, so I don't see the price going over my projected price of $130 total.

Well the menu changed slightly and we had chimichangas tonight. Thought I'd share a pic and make you all hungry!

I also wanted share my recipe of "fried" baked chicken. Dip chicken in egg, then flour, and coat with crushed up saltine crackers. Bake in the oven at 375 for about an hour. ( I always use chicken thighs and drumsticks ). My kids love this!

Sounds like a good idea! Hubby loves fried chicken, but not so great for you. Going to have to try that.
