    High/low white genetic?

Is the amount of white on a pied genetic? I wanna get into them with a less expensive low white but I don't want the offspring to all be low white.

You can get all high whites from a low white, or all lows from a high white!
    It is all random.

A lot of breeders I've talk to say that high white bps have better odds of producing high white bps. They says it's important for the odds. But genetically I don't think it matters.

Yeah. Same chances. High can throw low and low can throw high.

I personally love super low white pieds because of the cool pattern aspect to the pied gene. I have BELs for my white snakes so high white pieds don't impress me as much.
