Google searches helped a lot or you can talk to the city hall where u are, they will help also. I debated a while over just going straight for a business or just running a hobby until proven profitable. The thing that swayed me to just go the business route was the addition tax breaks. It wasn't hard to get my license and wasn't that expensive either. Just remember to keep all your receipts and right down the mileage you drive for the business, there right offs .
