I had six, all for things i wanted to produce except 2 normalish females to fill the rack I built.

THEN I got a green female burm because I've always wanted one and fell in love with the species...looking at a male granite now but the GF is stalling
'Tics, burms, balls, and geckos. A bunch of them.

Replace the bold with a random forum subject and that's the general consensus on all forums lol

    Re: Snake addiction

I only have one! But it's been less than a month.

Back story: I wanted a ball python for my 16th birthday. I had brought it up a couple of times over 3-4 months before my birthdate. Mom said no originally along with a horrified face. The other times I brought it up she didn't really give a response besides a neutral question here and there. So both of my parents and I were sitting on the couch watching TV two days before my birthday and I was like, "So can I have a snake or not?" She sighed and wanted to know if I wanted to go out that night or another day for the supplies. (Also, explaining that snakes are routinely shipped was very amusing.)

I managed to luck out, a couple of weeks before my birthday, because she talked to a co-worker who owns several balls, and the coworker assured her. (I didn't find that out until after I had everything set up.)

She also said she wouldn't get near it and that all maintenance was up to me. Her story changed when she got excited that I was holding my bp and sat next to me. The snake was coiled up when she came over. After a little bit, the snake uncoiled herself and mom decided "that's enough snake for me."
