I am not expert at all

I am just learning how to pop snakes but it looked an awful lot like I female.

Here is the issue with popping pictures, unless you are proficient at popping it can be difficult to tell from a picture simply because the person viewing the picture does know if you are applying enough pressure and/or if you are positioning your fingers properly.

I have seen people in the past not being able to evert the hemipenes yet had males.
