Soggy ol' Washington. I have to cover my tomatoes so the rain doesn't kill them.

Looks like zucchini or yellow squash, not positive though. Looks more like yellow squash imo.
That sucks that you cant grow cantalopes and other stuff bc of the climate. I cant wait to move south. Not sure if im more excited to grow cantalopes or hot peppers. Oh yea, definetly hot peppers!

It's suppose to be summer squash or strait neck squash, unless I mixed up the plants when planting them. Either way I cat wait to fry it up. <-- wow I'm southern, fried okra now fried squash. Next fried banana and peanut butter sandwiches. Lol

To be honest ice never had fried green tomatoes. This may be an old wives tell but I was told that if you pick tomatoes while they are green the plant will stop bearing. But I do love me some chow chow.

Ive never tried frying my squash before. Usually just boil it and add some salt, pepperm and butter to it. How do you fry it?

They are delicious, melt in your mouth. I only grow one or two "regular" tomatoes plant, strictly for fried green ones. The rest I do are roma and varations of cherry and grape.
