Few days off, sharing some pics.

I had 2 days off this week for the first time in probably 3 or 4 months. And last was for a business trip so those days shouldn't count lol. So I thought I'd share a few pics of my time off. First are a few herps found at Kings Mtn. Federal park

Next is the monument to all the fallen soldiers at Kings Mtn.

This is a bull frog tadpole, found at Crowders Mtn. State park

And an edited photo to help see the tadpole better

And a few of my son an nephew playing in my backyard

And a couple more at Crowders Mtn of the kids

    Hope you guys enjoy!

Great pics, I'm pretty amazed you were able to get a pic of a tad pole and have it come out!

    Very nice field herping!
My state is very boring lol I'd be lucky to see a wild herp, and if I would it would be a leopard frog or a painted turtle.
Love the pics of the kids, they look like their having fun and that little boy is SUPER cute!

Thanks! Yea that's one thing I love about where I live, all the reptiles. I also saw a pickerel frog and a northern water snake. But I'm a terrible photographer and they got away before I could snake pics. And the kids were having a blast I even sprayed them with the hose, they loved it. Wish I had some pics of that. Next paycheck I'm gonna buy them a slip and slide so I'll get some pics of that too and thanks for the compliment on my little boy, he is a cute devil isn't he.

What does bananas over mommy mean lmao???

Nice pics of herps and cute kids. I have the same or a very similar shirt to the super hero shirt your son/nephew is wearing. Thanks for making me feel so mature haha!

If you knew the relationship between my son and his mother you'd understand the shirt lol. And the super hero shirt is my nephew. Don't worry about feeling mature, I'd still wear my batman shirt if my gf hadn't thrown it out. It was probably 6 or 7 years old and was faded and starting to fall apart. It was probably time to part with it but I hated to see it go. Lol

Sad part is the only level spot in my yard is my gravel drive way lol. The backyard is free of rocks though... I think.
