Re: My ball python collectiona few months ago lemme know what you think

Ok, thanks. That is just how I was taught to house them and I only have 8 snakes total so I guess it won't hurt anything to have overkill montioring lol

    Thanks for the clarification.

No accurite here in every tub either. But again every keeper likes to do their own thang.
I also wouldn't feed gerbils either especially If it's a live feeder. Gerbils are so much more aggressive with bigger and sharper teeth. The only way a gerbil should go into a tub is pk or ft. They are also expensive and addictive. Much more so the asf. Ball python crack. Most fasts will lose a bit of weight but if it's losing lots quickly than there could be another issue. I don't switch good or try tricks with anyone. For any amount of time. If worse comes to worse ill assist feed. It never comes to that though so I end up just waiting out the fast and they eat when they want. They won't starve and I have patience.

i was told initially that my albino ate live and i tried religeously over about 6 months and never ate, i offered the gerbil just because i heard its a good way to get them to get back onto feeding, it lost 60-70 grams within about 6months and being so little thats a good amount of wieght. I did also cut the teeth from the gerbil to ensure there wasnt a bite. I know allot of you probably wont agree with that decision but i do what i think is best for my snakes. I got her to start eating regularly on live rats and mice shortly after that. I dont ever give neone a hard time about how they feed or how they setup there stuff. I just do what works and what has worked for me. I also dont monitor every tub. All my snakes are warm whenh i remove them and have perfect sheds everytime as well. Way to many people in my opinion set setups to an exact, when in the wild its nmever the same standards. as long as its within a certain temp range than its not a problem in my opinion.

Thanks again for all of the Comments. Keep them coming

I actually do have an Accurite in every tub, but then again, I don't have nearly as many tubs as some of you guys and gals
