    That doesn't look too good. Definitely keep it clean and get some powder on it. You will know if it starts to die, the veins will start to break apart and fade.

    Definitely wipe off the mold. You should do this immediately when it appears. You may be able to save that egg if you can get it cleaned off (don't tip it) and treated with fungus powder.
