This includes : Mushrooms, Onions, Zucchini, Cucumber, Peppers, Tomatoes I could go on for vegetables. Fruits : Pineapples, Watermelons, Avocado, Oranges, Peach, Mango I could go on.

I really only like a very few vegetables and fruits like I said most of them literally make me almost throw up by just smelling them.
I'm right there with you. There are a very few veggies I can eat. Remember your not going on a diet your just changing the way that you eat.
