Thanks for all the support guys you are all amazing. I will be getting a introduction video up on my VLOG. Getting pictures and measurements up on my BLOG and making some tweets as the day goes by!

So yah I am going to make a appointment with my doctor do get my first ever physical and to get some blood work done and what he thinks about this. I have gone to the dietitian before some I some what know where I need to begin but the stupid fire stopped me from going to her. Same with a kinesiologist (girl who showed me how to use the equipment at the gym) but again the fire stopped me from going to her. Thankfully I do still have my gym membership with a huge amazing gym. So I will be going back there as soon as I can.

Thanks for all the tips about my diet and how I can go into shock and stuff like that. But like I said a few posts ago about 2 weeks ago I started to change my diet I am only eating 3 meals a day with no heavy snacking to no snacking at all. I quit drinking pop about a year ago now.

Also I have been walking for the last week also since there is a paved walked trail literally right behind my apartment. Surprise or not I am actually really good at cardio. Like I can walk for over an hour if I wanted to without being really tired. I usually just stick to an hour of walking a day. Its the same with riding a bike I can ride a bike for hours and not really get tired.

Ok thanks guys! I am gunna get on getting a video and pictures and stuff up!

Great, the biggest thing is to stay positive. It will take time, and you will slip up on the way, but as long as you keep in mind that this is a life change and not a fad your getting into just to look good, you will be fine.

This really isnt just to look good. It is a life changing thing because seriously. I cant do anything. I have never been able to do things an average person is able to do and that kills me. I want to be able to run, go on a rollercoaster, skydive, swim, travel by plane, get naked and feel good about my self, jump, have sex, go kayaking, go rock climbing, play lazer quest, go paintballing. I am sick and tired of wanting to do all these things but not be able to.

Consider 5-6 smaller meals versus 3 big meals.

You CAN snack - and should....on fruits, vegetables, mixed nuts, etc.

Yah I remember being told that by someone at my gym awhile back. Said that I should have Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. But make the meals smaller portions. The snacks being something like a single chicken wrap or a salad or something like that.

I aim for every 2 to 2.5 hours getting in a meal. Every meal should include protein. A favorite of mine is a grilled chicken breast with one half avocado chopped, with a roasted red pepper on top. That would be a low carb meal. Earlier in the day would include more carbs ie half cup brown rice, with maybe a lean turkey burger patty. look into a whey protein for post work out and if you really want to go all out a casein protein for bed time, it will release slowly through out the night. Losing weight is 70% what you put in your mouth the extra icing on the cake is working out.

I love pizza, so since I've been eating healthier, I will go buy a portobello mushroom. They usually come in a pack of two or three. Remove the stem and the gills from the bottom of the mushroom. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. While the oven is preheating, I like to carefully cut the mushroom thickness in half so that I can actually get two pieces out of one mushroom. Once the oven is heated, put the mushroom(s) in the oven and prebake them for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove them from the oven and then add the sauce (you can even use pesto sauce), small amount of cheese, and I like to add a few banana peppers. Bake those for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. It is really good and the crust tastes like regular pizza crust. Plus that recipe has 18g of protein in it.

When you snack, snake on sliced apples, low fat yogurt, nuts, or even a serving size of rice cakes. I usually drink water before I eat so that I get fuller faster. Remember that the body takes about 20 minutes before it realizes it's full, so eat slow and take your time.
