If this is a honest thread I hope you find a new home for the burm soon.
Also I have to say I would have checked snake laws here b4 movin because now the owner can get charged with a big fine(maybe jail time) and the snake may suffer for it(maybe put down).
I would try to find new place for it asap.
Also while I doubt the snake would go after the kid right away it is still a threat to the kid because he/she is small .

Has to be a troll attempt, Florida's problem with what they deemed "invasive species" is pretty much common knowledge by now with the amount of attention it gets on TV isn't it?
I knew about it long before getting into the hobby, and even my mom was talking to me about it not too long ago, and she isn't even remotely interested in reptiles.
Like everyone said, if there really IS an issue and there's really a Burm in need out there, I hope someone does something, it would be a shame for an animal to suffer needlessly/be destroyed because of some irresponsible owner's stupidity. I owned a Pitbull and when I was moving I asked every single place I went to if they allowed me to own that breed. I'm really surprised nobody asked questions (or NOTICED this "27 foot" cage) when the people moved in.
Still, I guess it's just the troll season. Trollolololol~.
