    I pair year round but that is according to how my females are behaving and their past breeding schedules. Tracy Barker once said its more important to watch your females than your calendar and I agree 100%. Her advice was if you have a girl that eats fine than suddenly stops in July for no reason, then I would pair her. I have several girls that will lay in Sept and Oct. so they were obviously in their breeding cycle in the middle of summer. Watch your girls closely and eventually they will tell you when they are ready

    Pairing them sometimes can get the female to start cycling so it can't hurt.
