Ok here is a clutch from another breeder, the first picture are his Mochi's. Produced by breeding a mojave X Enchi. No other males were used.. Taken hours after coming out of the eggs.

In his picture, you have one really banded one. You have one really striped one. Then you have one that has pretty much the same pattern as mine.

Other breeders picture, Not mine, I did not take them.

Then here are mine, taken within eight hours of coming out of the egg.. Same flames, same color, same pattern on a few of them. Even the same ring on the tail, on some of them.. Ive talked to another breeder that has produced a good number of mochis. He too believes mine are mochi's He also stated almost ever mochi he has produced. Has the blushed out ring on the tail.. Some are more extreme that others, but it is there.

If I were to take pictures of his snakes. With my camera, same settings, same lighting setup. You would see the same snakes.

I'm almost thinking the first "normal" Mojave is a YB Mojave (lots of pixelation along the belly and a richer color) and the others in question are Enchi Mojaves (their bellies look a lot cleaner).

I was kind of thinking the same thing about the dark normal mojave. A few others have said the same thing. Mom looks just like her. She is a darker mojave, with the pixelation along the belly. Somewhat like a yb, but not as extreme as a yb. I think Ill be keeping the mojave female too. So will see when she gets old enough to breed.

Those are all really nice. I'm not sure I could make a call on which one was the father. I've heard that the mojave pattern pretty much wipes out the yellowbelly belly pixles, but they do have really bright flames coming up the sides like good yellowbellies do. I don't know, it's a tough call.

I also learned my lesson years ago on the 'who's your daddy' clutch. I had an entire rack of normal females. I kept rotating my spider, lesser and yellowbelly males though the rack every week. Then one day, I don't know why probably because I was feeling sorry for him, I put my pastel male through each girl once and ONLY once... EVERY clutch laid in that rack turned out to be pastels and normals.
