    The first thing I would do is to contact the seller, mention the issues show him the pictures and tell him you are not happy with your purchase and that you want to return the animal for a full refund, be nice about it and see what is has to say.

    Make sure that all communication is done via email so it can be documented in case you need to take this further.

    If you take the animal to a vet before contacting the seller, the seller has no obligation to pay for the vet of your choice and can always argue that if you were unhappy you should have returned the animal instead (seen this scenario go down a few times)
