Bumblebee I am rescuing

It's already rescued by a fellow breeder, but he has no plans for him so he just wants the space and rather the extra food for something he can use. It's a little under 500g. I'm paying $80 for him, think that's a good deal?
He's a low grade bumblebee, right? The pattern is too busy to be just spider.

It's hard to say with those pics, but based on those pics alone, I see a spider. Most especially at only 500 grams, a bumblebee would /should have way more yellow.
Edit: although the head is so light colored, I'm really not sure? Better pics maybe?

Look at the head. Spider would have the clock.. That's a low grade bee. If anything I'd buy him get him healthy then send him on his way to a good home at least. And make a few bucks in the process of Doing a good deed... Everybody wins

My idea was to get him up to weight, pair him to a normal or pastel... or if my butter gets up to weight in time(doubtful)... or to my albino female and make het albinos! then send him on his way once I have a good off spring
How much would you guys pay for him? I'm trying to see if it's worth the money. It's in a good home now, but I'd like to think it'd be better in my care ^_^

I would say so, the pics could throw off colors a little but that head doesn't lie, it's not a spider.

Yea, I can tell there is something else going on, I have a really good spider and it looks nothing like that. I'll make the drive down there today and pick it up, thanks guys! Just wondering though...
how often should I try feeding this guy? Since he's underweight... you can tell in the pictures by looking at his spine... Just the regular once a week offerings?
I'm gonna try to get him on FT... but should I hold off on that and do live until his weight is up? Thanks guys!
