Love to give you my Exo-Terra one- my snake has NO interest in it.
Im ordering the reptile basics myself.
As for the Hagen Exo Terra- I would not doing something that isn't "opened" on the bottom, we had a hide that was like a mini fish bowl in our tank, with moss in it, and its a pain to clean. Of course, that seem to be the place she would leave her little "urates"
Good luck finding one that works!

So I ordered 2 of the reptile basic black box hides and they are waiting for me on my doorstep when I get home, I will hope that she likes them.
My biggest rush for getting a new hide is for the past few weeks I've noticed she has been wearing her current hide as a hat, big time. Ever since I noticed that she has stopped eating f/t rats, she did take a live one no problem. She has always liked larger hides so my hope is this larger hide will appease her and she will start taking f/t again. Seems very unlikely that it's related but I can hope

I was talking about using the reptile basic hides, not Exo terra.

I have one of their large caves and do not use it anymore. I used it in my glass tank and removed it during the mite cleansing and didn't put it back. I now have the reptile basics hides and just upgraded to the medium. I like these a lot better because they are a lot easier to clean. My bp stayed in the exo terra a lot and had to remove her to clean it out when she did her business in it. The other plus to reptile basics is you can get a bigger size when they outgrow the smaller one. Once you outgrow the exoterra, you are out of luck. My 2 cents.
