Looks great!... how many pieces of 1/2" expanded pvc boards did you use? you bought the 4'x8' sheet right? I am actually looking at making the exact same thing. I just bought an industrial table saw and waiting on a friend to help me hook up the 220v 3phase motor this weekend.
