I think Kali means that if you're not power feeding it to get it large it should stay a reasonable size.
The only Hog Island morph really is hypo, but they naturally occur this way. You can find some very clean hypo looking ones though. There are other bci that stay around 5 ft as well. My sonorans are under 5 ft. Some morphs, such as leopard, albinism, anery, and hypo do occur in other bci.
