I take a test booster when not on a cycle along with creatine, whey protein, my daily sports vitamin, but yeah I just eat the heck out of chicken and load on straight protein when I eat. I was never big on loading up for carbs with pastas and all that.
If your geared up you should be also taking milk thistle to protect your liver, along with a estrogen blocker off cycle. And yeah creatine and a good multi is a no brainer.
