I am definitely one of the lucky ones.
That's awesome Cory. My girlfriend wants nothing to do with the feedings but I'll take it

You're funny Rafel. It can be an obstacle but a better half worth finding won't see it that way.

Well...25+ snakes later I'm the one doing 99% of the feeding, cleaning, etc. The collection is "ours" but we do have "his" snakes and "mine." The boas are his, the blood is his, the Hondurans are his and the brooks kingsnake is his. The rest are my babies.

We discuss and plan breeding projects together, but its me who does the tub-hopping and keeping track of stuff. We attend shows together, but its me fawning over the balls and trying to justify a purchase by fitting it into an already-existing breeding project. (Ok Ok...starting a whole new breeding project as justification of the purchase... )

I'm by no part demeaning his participation...its really developed into a hobby for both of us rather than just "his" snake.
That's really neat. My girlfriend is not on that level yet but who knows, if she keeps up like this she might find her way there You got a good thing going.
