yes i feed in the bath tub i had an incident with feeding in the enclosure so now i either put my snake in the tub first or the rat most of the time ill put the rat in first of course the tub is empty lol
Can you tell us about this incident that made you go from feeding in their enclosures to feeding in the bathtub?
one of my bps mistaked my hand for a rat well thats what i think happend anyway.i never had any of my snakes ever bite me until i started feeding in their enclosures.but they dont seem to mind eating in the bath tub.

But don't you have to put your hand or hands into the enclosure to move them to the bath tub?

I had a similar thing happen to me yesterday. The rat was hiding inside one of Koga's hide boxes and only his tail was showing. Koga was sitting several inches away on top of his other hide boxes and went underneath the box the rat was in and got it right on the mouth. Definitely the most accurate strike he's ever had, and I don't think he was even able to see all of the rat.
well yeah but that was almost a year ago and since then i never fed them again in the enclosure and the collection i have now is a new one i sold all my other ones and picked up more the ones i have now have never been fed anywhere else other than the bath tub
