    If you do decide to go with a UTH, Reptile Basics also sells the Ultratherm. That is a much better choice than a Zoo-Med. Better quality, better price, very safe.

    Because of the wiring involved with flexwatt, I would stick with a uth for a single tub. The flexwatt really becomes economical and practical with multi-tub setups and racks. But to each their own and its certainly not wrong to use flexwatt with a single tub. Just thought I'd offer another perspective.

    would a 6"x11" ultra therm be big enough for a 23x16x6 tub?
