How long till they come out?
Just curious how long after cutting the babies come out of the eggs? I cut on day 55 and this is day 59. Not in a rush, just a worried parent I guess. I know they could take a few days. Everything about breeding ball pythons requires patience, its crazy!

Usually not long after they finish absorbing their yolks they'll start coming out. Cutting doesn't make them hatch any quicker, it's just a sneak peek at your clutch. With all the factors contributing to embryo development the easy answer is, they'll come out when they're ready. Congratulations and pictures in the eggs never hurt nobody neither, share please!

Keep in mind the rate of bacterial growth from open eggs.

That's what I am worried about. But when you kick them out of the egg have they already absorbed the yoke? I had an early exiter that didn't absorb his yoke and seperated him into a deli. He isn't really moving around and I'm afraid we may lose him...

It depends on the temps you incubated/their development. Cutting sooner doesn't mean they will come out of the egg sooner. I cut mine on day 52-54 and it takes them till about day 58-60 to come out.

Incubation was steady @ 89° the whole time. I checked in on them and they look like they are absorbing their yokes. Hopefully they will be out soon...
