Swimming around google a lil, I read Russos and Mochas are very similar. I googled some pics of mochas and a lot of those pics look more like my little guy than the other pics of the Russos so im betting hes a line of Mocha instead of Russo. Either way, my lil fella still has way more blushibg than any pics i seen of either morph, so...yay! Lol

The major difference can be seen with hatchlings. After a russo has its first shed it almost looks like candy. They are very orange and yellow. They lose that color within a few months though. That's when it becomes harder to tell them from other subtle morphs. A big giveaway is that most of them have a crazy pattern with lots of keyholes and alien heads.

Here are some that I've produced. When compared to normal siblings in a clutch, there is no mistaking them. Easy to pick out as hatchlings for sure.

    Russo in the middle..

So you'll know what to look for when you produce babies..

No. No combos because I'm straying from ball pythons. I'm not working with many anymore. I've only produced clutches of single gene Russos. In fact, I have some in here right now...

I don't think I'll be holding any back though. Possibly some Lessers.
