    Thanks to all who posted responses - I feel alot better about it now. Hopefully things will slow down and I can spend more time with them - I do enjoy holding them.

    As a side question, is is the exact same thing for boa's?? I only have one boa and she truly seems to enjoy getting out of her tub. Should I do anything differently with her??

    I believe boas are different and do benefit some from handling but i dont own any so i really couldnt tell you...

    The only time I've handled mine lately was to move them to clean their tubs. I don't think they mind at all.

    For the boas, I believe they are different. I haven't handled my boa in a while and the last time I took her out she was all over the place. I think they are more calm if you handle them more often. I guess I should go get her out while I'm thinking about it.
