Build or Purchase: Rack System?

Or if your like me and the hospital bills from the power tools start adding up you might want to just purchase. Plus I personally have no patience and want something now so I usually buy in order to get the instant satisfaction.

I think building would be way faster than ordering? Most places have a lead time of at least a few weeks.
