I'm definitely not going to pass judgement on you for selling hatchlings to a good store - LOTS of people do that with local pet stores, especially with normal hatchlings. I just wanted to make sure I put the warning out there that breeding is the easy part. It's everything that comes after that that can get complicated. For example, female becomes eggbound while laying = complication. Transporting eggs from your place to another for incubation = complication. Hatchlings that don't want to eat and have to be tricked, assisted, or even forced = complication. The guy down the street may know his stuff, but the snakes are your responsibility at the end of the day. I'm not trying to scare you, just repeating the need to learn everything you can. As far as breeders, that's a great looking pastel. If you have that much money and want spiders, too, you should look for a well-started bumblebee or killerbee male, since those carry both the pastel and spider genes (just a thought).
