Are the thermometers/hygrometers the dial type or digital?
also what heat source(s) are you using?
There are a few things that you can do.
use a substrate that holds moisture really well 9Eco-Earth/Cypress Mulch)
Cover most of the screen topper with aluminum foil or a wet towel (just make sure that you don't cover all of it so the air inside the tank doesn't stagnate.
