    I live in CA and my room temp is 70-75. My balls are in tubs and the temperature inside is 80 cool side, 89 hot side. Before my rack, I kept them in stand alone tubs on a storage shelf. The rack definitely insulates the heat really well. Much better than out in the open.
    You can build a wooden box to put your tub in. It will help heating the tub.

    You can also get a space heater to heat that individual room.

    And the humidity is based on how many holes you put in the tub. Less holes = more humidity.
