Sounds like my day I locked myself and my 3 dogs out of the house when I got home from work. It was pouring rain and hailing. Might as well been poop falling out of the sky after the day I had at work

It's part of the annual Virginia Vehicle Inspection. You have to get your car inspected every year and display a sticker in the dash, or you can't drive the vehicle.

The cops are all pricks now too. Ive gotten pulled over twice for having smoked tailights yet i see people driving around talking on their phones ALL the time. Soooo frustrating!!!
